Saturday Morning Yoga with Rise Yoga

There's no better way than to start your day than with a yoga flow, uniting breath to movement with the Colorado Foothills as your backdrop. Join Rise Yoga of Golden, CO on the Eddy Lawn for a 60 minute class to awaken your mind and body before heading to the Golden Farmer's Market! Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Sunglasses or a hat are also recommended.
